1. Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Return Window
You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1.2 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be:
✔ In its original condition (unused, unaltered, and with original packaging).
✔ Free from damage (unless defective upon arrival).
✔ Include all accessories, cables, and inserts.
📌 Returns missing accessories or inserts: A 50% partial refund will be issued unless the customer ships the missing parts separately within an agreed timeframe.
📌 Returns with missing or damaged original packaging: A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please open your package carefully to avoid damage.
1.3 Refund Process
✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will immediately review and confirm the refund eligibility. After confirmation, we will process the refund, which should reflect in your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
✔ Alternatively, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund (recommended to reduce refund processing time).

- Defective products: Chi Home LLC will cover prepaid return shipping if the replacement request is made within the 30-day return window.
If the wireless charging pad, USB cable, or NFC accessories become defective within 30 days of delivery, please contact info@chihome.co, and we will arrange to send a replacement for the affected electronic components. This policy applies only to electronic parts and does not include the bamboo tray or structural components of the product. Other return and refund policies still apply.
2. Replacement Policy (Defective or Damaged Products)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund, based on the following conditions:
2.1 Reporting Defective or Damaged Products
To qualify for prepaid return shipping and a replacement, you must: 1️⃣ Report the issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@chihome.co with:
- Photo or video proof of the defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
2️⃣ We will review the images and determine whether the defective item must be returned before issuing a replacement.
2.2 Review Process for Defective Product Returns
✔ For minor defects (e.g., cosmetic damage, minor functional issues): We may require the item to be returned for inspection and parts salvage. If required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. ✔ For major defects (e.g., significant structural damage, product unusable): We may waive the return requirement and issue a replacement or refund immediately.

2.3 Failure to Return Required Items

✔ If the returned product does not match the reported defect (e.g., excessive damage, missing parts), we reserve the right to deny the replacement or offer a partial refund instead.
3. Items NOT Eligible for Return or Replacement
❌ Used, modified, or intentionally damaged products.
❌ Products missing accessories, cables, inserts, or original packaging (unless customer opts to ship missing components separately).
❌ Refunds or replacements will not be issued if a product is damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage after delivery.
International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. To qualify, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 3-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Please note we do not offer replacements for international orders, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
